Target Name: Name of the company that is being merged/reverse-merged with SPAC

DA Announcement Date: Date on which Definitive Agreement(DA) was announced

Merger Meeting Decided: (Yes/No) Whether date on Merger meeting has been decided or not

Days from DA Announcement: Total number of days passed after DA is announced

Merger Vote Meeting Date: Date of Merger Vote (If announced)

Days between DA Announcement and Vote Day: For already merged SPACs, it indicates duration between DA announcement and Merger Meeting Vote date.

Price on date of DA Announcement: The price of the stock on day of DA announcement

Volume: Last day traded Volume. If SPAC is already merged, last traded volume pre-merger

Market Cap: Current Market Cap of the SPAC. If SPAC is already merged, last market cap pre-merger

52 week high: 52 week high for SPAC Commons

52 week low: 52 week low for SPAC Commons

Average Volume: Average Volume of Commons

Average Volume(last 10 days): Average Volume of last 10 days

Size (in millions): Total Size of SPAC in millions

Other Symbol(If Target is acquired): Ticker Symbol post merger

IPO Date: Date on which SPAC was formed

Combination Due Date: Due Date by which SPAC has to find Merger
